Thursday

I have Thursdays off right now.. completely off.. so what did I do today..

I woke up and made my coffee and then took a shower and watched Frasier. I watch Frasier a lot lately.

Also I am trying to learn Mandarin and I am using this great program now called Rosetta Stone to learn, it makes it pretty entertaining b/c usually I fall asleep when I study things like that.. but yeah check out the website it's rosettastone.com it's probably great to learn languages. I have only been using it for about a week but it's great so far.

I did that for awhile and then got plane tickets to visit a school and then my credit card company thought someone had stolen my credit card for some reason!

Also I went grocery shopping.. and I'm going to the bar soon.

Life is boring when you're not in school and have a job that requires almost no work..

I decided it would be a good idea to start keeping a blog b/c I thought it would help me to stay in touch with my friends/family. I made the title of my blog "lifeofachemist" because I'm going to start grad school this August, and I kind of figure everything I do for the next few years after that will be related to school... even still, I'm kind of looking forward to starting. Maybe I will write about my research here..

I was reading one of my friends’ blogs this morning, and I decided I should create one too.

I’m not sure what kind of stuff I’m going to write about yet… I had one blog about 2 years ago that I had to keep for a summer program I was part of, but it wasn’t very interesting, so I decided to start a new one now.
